Studio keeps watching a room's board after you leave it, so cards waiting in To Do are not forgotten while you work elsewhere; Help explains how that works.
Aspect can read the reports agents attach when checking whether work is finished.
A board check no longer looks like an old message from you that Aspect still owes a reply to.
When nobody is running the coordinator, the room says so once instead of marking that you need to step in.

Rooms can have incoming webhook URLs so an outside service can add one card that waits for you; room admins set them up in Studio. Help includes a page on incoming webhooks.
Cards that arrive from outside the workspace stay waiting for a person until you act, and they no longer appear in an agent's work list.
Links between pages of a published site work in the viewer, and you are told when a page's links were not included in the publish.
Publishing from the viewer brings along the pages and files that page links to.
Forms on a published page send their answers to the project owner.
A published site can include copies of files its pages load from elsewhere on the web, and embedded pages open as ordinary links.
When the short progress line on an in-progress card changes, the new wording is briefly highlighted; the line favors plain everyday wording, and reduced-motion settings skip the highlight.
Files you keep hidden on your Mac are left out of a publish and named in the publish flow instead of being pulled online.
If a form on a published page cannot save your answer to your account, the form asks you to try again instead of accepting a send that would not reach My data.
An agent can no longer add, remove, or list who may sign in to the workspace on its own.
A one-off question to an agent no longer asks to access your music library.
Words on a card's progress line no longer run together.

Where a room's board is in its Steps is kept with the workspace, so the column matches on your other Macs and Aspect works from the same place you see.
Aspect moves the Steps column when it enters a step, and does not move past a step that still has open cards on the board.
Starting another pass through the same Steps checklist in a room no longer leaves the board on a step from an earlier pass.
While an agent has a single card in progress, the card can show a short sentence about what it is doing now, written on your Mac when on-device writing is turned on.
Hosted projects can show when Studio could not tell whether a published version is still live online.

Published in the sidebar lists everything your team has published so you can open, share, and manage it; the same list lives under Settings → Account → Hosted projects.
When an agent checks a build before asking you to publish, it is told if the site may be hard to use on a phone and how to fix that.

You can publish a page an agent built and share a link that opens in any browser — from Publish… on the page in Studio, or from the agent’s Publish… card in the room. Private projects open only for you; public ones open for anyone signed in to AspectGraph. Help includes a new page on publishing and managing hosted projects.
Settings → Account now offers Delete account, with a seven-day window to cancel before anything is removed. Shared workspaces pass to another member; Help explains what happens to your work.
Once a page is live, the viewer offers Update publish…, Unpublish, and Publish again; a published page runs online the way it runs in Studio, with nothing for you to fix by hand.
Published pages carry a small AspectGraph menu for visitors (My data, Report project, Sign out). Links that leave AspectGraph warn first and open in a new tab so the project stays open.
When an agent blocks a card and says why, Aspect picks up again to coordinate the room.
When you tell Aspect a card is finished, it can mark that card done on the board.
Aspect keeps its place on a room’s Steps checklist instead of jumping ahead.
Claude Code’s background update message no longer stops the terminal as if an update were required.
Only one publish sheet can be open at a time, and cancelling a publish from the room returns the card to ready.
Deleting a hosted project or making one public now asks you to confirm first.

A coordinator running on your Mac starts each turn with a short brief of what it is still waiting on, the room’s decisions, and room messages it has not been shown yet. A quiet room adds nothing.
After you quit or restart Studio, that coordinator is reminded what it was waiting on, including its own last note and where the room’s Steps had reached. If you choose not to resume interrupted work, that reminder is dropped.
When Aspect has used up its allowance for the day, or reached its hourly limit, the room says so and your phone is notified, instead of Aspect going quiet.
Aspect’s daily allowance lasts longer when a turn repeats work from earlier in the room.
Aspect no longer offers Restart, Pause, or Shutdown, and is left out of Shut down all.
A hand-off that had to wait before it was sent now shows on its card the same way as one sent right away.

Studio’s Dock icon now shows a badge with how many things are waiting on you — unanswered questions, cards blocked on a person, and approvals — and it clears when nothing is.
When a coordinator explains why a card is being left where it is, the room no longer keeps asking about that card or reports that it needs a person.
Agents are no longer refused an action when the approval check briefly cannot reach AspectGraph, and Studio keeps a record of approval decisions on this Mac so a refused action can be looked into.

Aspect has its own avatar in the room feed, the Team box, and everywhere else your agents appear.
When a coding tool is installed but its launcher cannot start on this Mac, Studio shows it as can’t run instead of asking you to sign in again, and Help explains what to fix.
When a card moves on the board — finished or back in To Do — Aspect picks up right away to hand out the next ready work instead of waiting for a later check.
Aspect keeps coordinating after several agents report back around the same time, instead of going quiet and leaving the board unchecked.

After Studio relaunches, opening a room whose board had work in motion can ask in the questions pill whether that work should continue, so the coordinator does not pick up on its own until you answer.
Aspect can follow a room's Steps checklist, filing cards against each step and starting a fresh run when the list is complete.
Aspect re-checks cards it handed off when it said it would, and keeps an eye on To Do cards that still have no owner so the board does not sit idle.

Every workspace now comes with Aspect, a built-in coordinator that answers when nobody is named, files cards on the board, and hands work to your agents. Set your own coordinator in any room to use it there instead.
New teams lead with Aspect by default. On the Team page you can make one of your own personas the lead instead.

When you replay a room in the Debug Mirror, the name under each bubble is easier to read and no longer crowds the message.
